What i find particularly funny is this send 2 discs back in the same enevelope farce. Shortly after i joined i fedback to them that they should send both discs when a title has say a bonus disc, like BB do. They replied by saying they dont do that as that would cost more postage. Funny that eh!

Their new server has all of the groups, previously it had a limited amount. Speeds max my broadband out. I get around 1.25 MB/s I can't comment on retention as I download stuff fairly quickly. It's included in the price of broadbands so no extra charge. No download limits that I've ever seen.
