Great review, one thing I seemed to notice when listening to this is it seems to have more Mike Mills vocals than any other album. Totally agree with the summer theme, the music video and sound of Near Wild Heaven especially, if you've ever seen it?

they do have the three tunes that they keep repeating on each album. I do feel 3DD is a bad band, but this album is the worse of them all.

I saw it when it first came out over a year ago. It was pretty good, not exceptional. The story is v similar to Get Carter.

The first movie is a little masterpiece, but at least with the re-make, they're taking it in a slightly new direction with the matriarchal element to the community. It's also got some promising members to the cast (Frances Conroy), but ultimately, I think it'll be a lacklustre viewing...
