This film still scares me. Its the bit in the bank were they are trying to take micheals money and then the guy does the crazy laugh!!! Horror films dont bother me at all, but this scene has haunted me since childhood.

With the end of the format war, how soon do you think we will see the big films released on Blu-Ray? I think it's going to be needed to get BD pushed up into the mainstream. I'm hoping for good Delux editions of SW, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park & Matrix trilogies. What other releases would tempt...

I suppose Leon is a spin-off from Nikita. Although Leon is much, much better. The worst sequel has to be Blues Brothers 2000. What a sham.

Of course there are clues. There aren't physical clues like "foot prints" and "bits of cloth" but there are narrative and acting clues. I don't want to go into it as it'll mess up the film for those who haven't seen it. So please don't try to go into details for this reason. Schooly

The movie maybe shouldn't be compared to the book, it bares no relation! I love the movie. It's cheesy, the city effects are awful but there's just something about it. The bluray soundtrack is fantastic, I love the electronic sounRAB for the city. The picture looks okay but the special effects...

It was either "The Rescuers" or "Star Wars", I know I saw them both. imdb.com just says they were both released in 1977.
