I cant wait for X-MEN 3 but not looking forward to the da vinci code much cause its just going to be talking talking drama drama, but we'll have to wait and see. I agree that i dont think it was a good idea for tom hanks to be in it, but we'll see how good he is.

I wanted to try and like them but their stage presence and singer in general really bothered me (i've only seen/heard them live). That aside, their music is solid and they're fucking nice guys.

I think you had to be a kid when you first watched it to fully appreciate it. The Radio times reviewer is probably too old! It's one of those films I love introducing to the younger generation, and they all love it as much as we did when we were kiRAB. The Goonie's are good enough!
