The car starts to get a surging idle after getting hot and temp gauge higher then normal. Fluctuates at different gears. Noticed steam leaking for radiator cap and coolant leaking. Cap seal is bad. Fan may be bad too. Not throwing codes either. Any ideas other than the obvious fixes?
