Gaz isn't actually "evil" just irate. Johnen Vasquez (sp?) even stated that she's just a normal kid who plays video games. Mandy on the other hand has dreams of world domination, is cruel to her friends and manages to intimidate the Grim Reaper. If you ask me that's pretty evil.
