MF Doom - Doomsday Absolutely love it. Nice beats and it just sounRAB good. A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory A nearly flawless hiphop album. Big Star - Third/Sister Lovers Timeless record and one of the best ever.

I agree other than I hate Tool. And havent heard Drive Like Jehu, Unwound, or the Ex. Actually, Im just going to use that list of reccomendations, even though I hate all those metal banRAB that kid mentioned.

I think with Fugazi their material is consistent enough (while not really repetitive) that you can start with any album. Perhaps start at the beginning with 13 Songs. My favorite albums are probably Repeater, The Argument and Red Medicine. But again, you can't really go wrong with anything. Let...

VIZ actually started a company recently for the purpose of developing Hollywood pictures out of their properties.

I dunno if it really was a throwback as such, alot of the themes and the feel of the album was intended as a massive political statement at a time of fairly marked global turmoil, and to me the sound was miles and miles away from anything prior to Kid A / Amnesiac... it shared more in common...

I like At the Drive-In and Dinosaur Jr, Dillinger Escape Plan are so-so. The rap stuff I'm not that familiar with, so I can't comment, except, I know I don't like Eminem. Dinosaur's The Lung is a great song :) 13th Floor Elevators - Slip Inside This (Easter Everywhere) Pussy Galore - Fix It...

I've got Music Has The Right, its good but theres nothing massively memorable about it. Good for when you're about to nod off to sleep i find.
