Made a payment arrangement, but t-mobile suspended my account anyway?
I was a little behind on my t-mobile bill due to the holidays and yesterday, I made a arrangement to pay it next week. Today I noticed that my account was suspended. This is the second time that this has happened in a few months. Frankly I am sick of t-mobile anyway and want to switch providers...
