Tim ReynolRAB. He's amazing. Not his solo stuff so much but the stuff he does live with Dave Matthews is awesome. If you haven't heard him play go to youtube and search him a Dave at Radio City. It's Fantastic.

Yeah I've only heard little snippets of songs but this new stuff is sounding pretty damn brutal. I'm keen to hear the entire album.

Incase you don't get the joke, it was originally a casino but the dubbers changed it to an arcade. That's why we strike out casino and we type arcade next to it.

Ripple was ****ing amazing on Farrell's solo CD. I bought it for 99 cents and Ripple was on it. A Grateful Dead cover was Jane's original lineup's last recording together.

I've heard 70-minute albums of essentially just long noise drones that are better than most contemporary pop albums (I'm not saying that pop is stagnant either, I legitimately mean that it's pretty great noise...). It's an odd claim to make, but smart noise-makers open up so many hypnotic doors...
