I'm not keen on the vigilanty justice aspect on the film, doesn't send out a very good message, imho... Though the opening scenes of the film are very much heartbreaking. :cry:

Seen it in Chicago when it first came out in like 1974. Everyone in the theater lit up a joint as soon as the lights went out. Those were the days.

I am looking forward to it. My frienRAB and I are considering driving 90 miles to see it at a decent theater. :cool:

Cinema costs me

If you've read the book and enjoyed it you'll more than likely enjoy the film. I think many people who are disappointed by the film haven't read the book and simply don't understand it.
