I never had any major problems with speed. I had 4-5 connections with the Error400 but still DL'ed around 3-4MB/s on my university connection so no complaints :P I did take them up on their 1 free extra week offer through customer service for the "hassle"

I have that set too. Absolutely fantastic movie, my joint favourite classic sci-fi movie of all time, along with The Day the Earth Stood Still. The box set is beautiful, a rare case of the studios actually getting the box art right, the back of the tin is very nice. Can't wait for the blu-ray...
