Watch LA Takedown instead of Heat. Heat was the remake. LA Takedown benefits from not having Pacino and De Niro gurning at each other for no good reason. Superbad was surprisingly funny in places. The sweary kid grated on me after a bit though.

Really good film that I've loved for quite a few years. Only other one I've tried desperately to get hold of is The Karen Carpenter Story that I saw years ago on Five one afternoon.

I much rather preffered Mystic River to this, but the bad thing about Mystic River is the ending.
