Richard Harris for me. :) Michael Gambon is pretty good but not how I imagined Dumbledore when I read the books. For me, Dumbledore's very subtle and has a great sense of humour and for me, that doesn't always shine through with Gambon. I would've loved to have seen Sir Ian McKellen play...
