Does it do that much more for 2D animation than Ponyo did, though? I mean Ponyo was actually on cells! No computer graphics, and it looked freaking amazing!

Note that Martian said GOOD, WELL-DONE animation. Homestar Runner relies entirely on stock animation, with maybe new ones sometimes created if necessary.

What about Mrs. Doubtfire? There was a cartoon in the very beginning of that film. The other one I immediately thought of was George Of The Jungle.

I generally try not to over analyze animated shows, because sometimes a cartoon is just a cartoon and in the world of cartoons, the laws of reality are allowed to be bent. But as much as I try to avoid it, sometimes I can't help but speculate about certain things that happen on certain shows...

I love all of the classic Disney Shorts that have Christmas or Halloween themes. My favorite Halloween ones are Hell's Bells, Duck Pimples, Lonesome Ghosts, and The Skeleton Dance. For Christmas my favorites are The Night Before Christmas and Santa's Workshop.
