I'd move the Friday 7.30pm Coronation Street, stick a quiz show in that slot and then draw people back from EastEnders after it finishes. There'd be no point moving the 8.30pm showing; as you say that'd result in another Flop Zone after 8pm. I don't honestly think Coronation Street would crash...
