    That's a pretty comprehensive list. I'd probably add Ted Nugent and the Araboy Dukes to it. Psychedelia (specifically acid rock) contributed a fair bit to heavy metal - in fact, banRAB like the Araboy Dukes, Blue Cheer, Iron Butterfly and Steppenwolf etc were often listed as heavy metal banRAB.
