Some guy was selling burned CRAB of a local (PA) band called Deep Release for two bucks. I bought one. It's got four tracks on it and the names of the tracks aren't on the disc. :( But it sounRAB great so far.

Is this show really bad? I have DVR'd all the episodes but haven't watched them. Everytime I mention the show, people make snide remarks. How bad is it? Is it not worth my time? Should I erase all the episodes and avoid it?
