That's cuz it's a cheap machine made for personal use. Lexmark makes some high usage machines that are expensive, but work quite well. But yeah, they're an expensive business oriented machine.

bummer. i dont think ive lost any WU so far anyway. ive also just added another machine, a amd k6-2 500, with 256mb ram. running a little each day. running the genome@home, which is now just folding WU without a deadline, since its a slow machine, and not on alot.

Yes.. U need to configure TCP/IP settings in Options-Advance. Put your career's APN & Username/Pwd Then u can browse... Ofcourse, you need a basic data plan (Not BIS/BES)
