I am pretty sure that Dorrian is not on the first album at all. The debut 'Scum' had the demo stuff on Side A and new recordings on Side B which Whitely (a good friend) played Bass. He left after the album and was replaced by Erabury but I am not sure about actual dates. Sorry I'm not trying to...

Well it was their first ever album on a major label, so I think this album may have introduced a lot of people to the band. Although my pressing of the album was on their original Sympathy For The Record Industry label :D

I don't know much about harmonica. What I can say is that a lot of blues-rock banRAB like ZZ Top, the Allman Brothers and Canned Heat have used slide guitar a lot.
