I watched 'Night of The Living Dead' the other day just for curiosity value. Didn't expect much from it, but it surprised me how brutal it was. I didn't expect that from an old black-and-white movie. It was fantastic actually.

Hi I'm a personal trainer and just recently while holding pads for my clients while they box I've been suffering from a really dull aching pain more so in my right arm its not muscular and feels like its in the bone, does anybody have any ideas at all??
