Our 93 Right Hand drive Honda CRX SIR Del Sol has this annoying noise coming from behind the drivers seat. The sound seems to be coming out of a few factory perforations in the panel behind the drivers seat. Does anyone know what is making this noise and what can be done to reduce or eliminate...

There appears to be a fan running behind the drivers seat and is making a loud continuous humming noise when the key is turned on and also when the engine is running. Could someone confirm this and is there a fix to reduce the sound or eliminate it. Thanks for your time.
