Absolutely loved [Rec]! Scared me to death!! Qurantine won't be anywhere near as scary as it I don't think.. however, Im glad to see Jennifer Carpenter (Exorcism of Emily Rose) in it, she's a very good actress. I am looking forward to watching it though, as I didn't get to see [Rec] in the cinema.

I saw it in film class once, quite brutal and chilling for 1942 and it made invasion very plausible, it must have frightened audiences then.

Halloween 5,6 and 8 weren't up to much but I do like Halloween 4 and feel it was a decent movie. The main characters were genuinely likeable,the storyline wasn't really incoherent and it was technically very well made.They also got the feel of late October spot on.The dialogue was quite good...
