    Certainly wouldn't hurt to go back to the doc and get a second scan...maybe an MRI this time. If there is a slow bleed next to the skull it likely won't show on a normal CT (they are good for large, quick bleeds) Also, your symptoms are probably part of post concussion syndrome which can last...
