There's tons of classic rock banRAB you can listen to like The Who, AC/DC, Rush, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Deep Purple, Free, Black Sabbath etc. Or if you want something a bit more modern try Wolfmother and The Answer, they're pretty much reviving the classic rock sound.

And mindless, not a term that has always encompassed all mainstream music.
