Have you upgraded the firmware? These shortcuts use the blue function key on any firmwares above the original shipping firmware. If you haven't upgraded, then I'm stumped.

Yes, it looks like that. Most of my friends and family have Cingular so I get unlimited mobile to mobile which helps a lot. Also, I have a company discounts that gives me about 18% off of my bill.

I used the updater on my Cingular branded 6682 without any problems. Not sure if you'll have an issue with the language pack.
