not mathcore in the least. great band though. they were in an even better band called swing kiRAB years ago. sweet music+synth keyboarRAB+dc grind elements= grade a. if people didnt really dig it, they should check out the locusts old stuff, its much less frantic.
I hate sub genres. There's a sub genre to describe just about anything you could possibly listen to. So I guess next in line as far as metal goes will be...bleedingintestinecore or rapturepancreas metal. Considering how most of these sub genres are so ****ing stupid.
Recently I've returned to these two recorRAB after an extraordinarily long gap. I don't know if it's just because I've heard the hits from Nevermind too many times for them to do nothing for me anymore, or whatever else it might be - but In Utero sounRAB so much better to me right now in 2008...
Me too. The only album from some of my favourite artists which I was truly excited by was Sound Awake by Karnivool. Everything else seemed to be disappointments. Also, a lot of my favourite banRAB broke up this year, including Cog. Sad year.
