I can only recall Blinky making cameo appearances in the early years and was prominently featured in the episode where Mr. Burns ran for govenor, but i don`t remeraber seeing any episode of Blinky in mutant human form. Maybe it was in one of the TOH episodes. Sorry i couldn`t be any better help...

Rob Zorabie is the man. I seen him on his last tour, in Des Moines. It had to be the best concert i ever went to, they put on one hell of a show. They cut down on some of the usual Theatrics that they always have, and it made it more of a balanced show. Zorabie is god.
