    I think if they go down the route of actually telling the story of what happened with Freddy Robdul and Joan at that time rather than going for straight laughs sitcom style it will work. Nicholas Lyndhurst is an excellent actor and James Buckley is a really good choice for Del.

    I thought the story was good, by why oh why use Stephen (wooden) Tompkinson ? I cant stand him. But - i will still tune in as im interested in how it will end, and it passed as otherwise boring Monday evening.

    Throat sore for 6 months!

    Allergies can cause prolonged but minor post nasal drip that you may not even be aware of but it's primary symptom is a sore throat that won't go away. Try some decongestants and see if they help...anti-histamines too. If it doesn't help, that at least rules out allergies as a cause. Jenny
