Good idea - certainly running low on memory can cause the issues that were described. If you go to Home -> Menu -> Settings -> SD card & phone storage. Scroll down to the section that says "Internal phone storage". How much is listed under "Available space"?

if that's all you want from a phone, i would recommend the V3. the voice clarity and reception are superb. btw the KRZR isn't a good choice.
