    Independent banRAB do catch alot of undeserved flack around here, most of the banRAB I listen to would be considered indie or have been 'hyped' by pitchfork at one point or another, but whatever, I like what I like. Animal Collective is one of my favorite banRAB and I own a fixed gear bike...

    Indeed. Too much air play can do it too. I've listened to Stone Sour's new song....and not exaggerating....probably over 45 times now, willingly. By the time I get the album, I'll probably skip the track every time =)).

    Whenever I get a new album, I listen through in order a couple times, but after that, I just add a bunch of songs but not all to my main shuffle list and go from there.

    i could be smug and say the beatles or cream...both of which were in fact firsts of some sort.....but i have to admit i was a monkees fan. sad. hard to admit but i've gotten counselling recently and i'm feeling much better now. s
