stupid question..........do you need GPRS active to set up the new pin?? The reason is I'm travelling in Asia right now and don't/can't get GPRS to work here and I'm wondering if that is affecting the new pin set up. Maybe that is why I can't change to new pin/device.

I agree. Ever since the v3.10+ converter was released, SM has been great with my N90. I have the settings at the highest quality. Very smooth video running at 25fps. I only wish the SM converter had the ability to rip DVDs like the Xilisoft converter.
