They have a national database that shows the vehicle was wrecked and not repaired. Unless the database showed it was repaired, you cannot get full coverage. Also, it's called, PLPD.

Call them and they will ask you everything about your vehicle and make a chip for your vehicle. The other sites have generic chips.
You can convert any bike, but expect to pay over $1,500 for a truck load of new parts. Every biker I know said their state stopped allowing the conversion.
Get a set of allen wrenches. Then, loosen up the striker bolts and adjust it up or down until it aligns, then re-tighten it. The real fix is to get two new hinges.
