'Donnie Darko' sequel in the works

I tend to lump them together when the original personnel are involved and the end product cheapens the original (The Matrix sequels and Star Wars pre-sequels for example). I lump them together and cannot resist thinking about disappointing follow-ups when thinking of the originals. But it's...

SceneXpress.net is the new ScL V2

I wouldn't have joined the tracker if it had been completely new. I was a ScL member from the beginning and kind of liked it. The founders were nice people. So I was curious about the successor. Turns out I don't need the tracker so I'm going to let my account die. Not a big deal.

P2P-Network in need for donations of servers?

Seems p2p-net was owned and supported by sct and since site closed they dont have how to pay for the servers and entire network can collapse. they're asking for 300$ in donations, though someone made their accounting and only around 100$ are needed to keep servers running. They never asked for...

What DVD Rental services are there at the moment?

I can also look up myself what I want, the amount of times I've asked about a film and they have absolutely no idea what I am going on about, and they work in a film shop!! That's one reason I joined online, foreign films and independent films, the choice is quite rubbish in Blockbusters...

    The Restaurant 2009

+1 I have no idea why I even am watching it. It is a complete joke, the show just does not work as a one hour format. Last year they would interview all the couples and talk about their strengths weaknesses, and then there was the second show where the two weakest had a challenge, it was so much...

    Little confused by usenet servers

Thanks for the replies. So I assume certain newsgroups aren't available through all servers. For example, I tried giganews for the trial and decided to switch to astraweb for the $11 a month for life deal. I noticed that a.b.boneless isn't available on astraweb even though it's the most...

The Men who stare at Goats

I'd read a few reviews that made this film sound pretty boring but went to see it to decide for myself. I'm glad I did! It wasn't really what I'd expected from watching the trailers, it was very light and funny - not laugh out loud but it kept the audience chuckling along and had a feel good...
