Judging from the fall season there seems to be a trend towarRAB visual novel and fantasy type material, along with shonen adaptations like Letter Bee and Fairy Tail. In other worRAB, looks like a no-go for launch.

I've heard that in Germany, they assign voice actors to celebrities. For example, one guy will always play Arnold, one guy will always plat Chevy Chase, ect. I don't know if Japan does this, though.
