ive just joined after a 8 year absance. it was UGC cinemas that did mine then though. i only stopped because my bank account changed over. and moved away from the ugc, so it wasnt worth it at the time. never lived near one since. until last week! hooray.

Thanks. But I am still unclear on *why* any group would release 40GB on Usenet and then release the passwd after 50+days? Is there any point or advantage in doing it this way? I agree that HD space is becoming cheap, but I would still prefer to use that 40GB for something else in the meantime:)

yea i can to and I keep hearing that they are going to upgrade their retion so that is probaly what it is. I hope they upgrade it and that way it will force the nzb sites to hold the stuff longer.

so being i dont have a floppy, nor a burner, havng defragged the computer ten times and deleted the unwanted files not much else i can do but get a cleaner program i guess and look (read what im downloading) before i leap (download many files hitting shiftkey). i remember back in the old days...
