Get a 3G phone through 3 (cheap everything), T-Mobile (cheap data/calls) or Vodafone (solid network) in my opinion. K800i is a great phone for taking pics with all those nights out etc. 3 and Vodafone offer it, not sure about the others.

Its just changing the mhz. Like I said before, its not technically overclocking. You're just setting the max mhz to its original spec. If you don't mind the battery hit, I would go for it.
