The Japanese original was much better, although the US version did have it's moments. What about at the end when the creepy girl comes out of the TV & starts crawling towarRAB to the man! I couldn't watch it I was so freaked out. But you're right, overall it wasn't that scary.

This film was crap. Why didn't they just copy the book which is really funny. I didn't laugh once during the film. Also, it was very hard to believe Daniel and Darcy would be fighting over her, she looked terrible.

Yes, I love James Stewart, such a great actor. I'd love to see one of his Hitchcock films on TV again, followed by one of his 60's films such as The Flight of the Phoenix which is an awsome 'later day' Jimmy Stewart film :)

DepenRAB on the film, to be honest. If it's a good movie and the violence, gore etc is in context then I don't mind it at all. If on the other hand it's obviously gratuitous and is just there for the sake of it then I'm not so keen.....

one of my ultimate fave soundtracks is The Notebook by Aaron Zigman. For me at least it's a very moving soundtrack, fits the movie perfectly. I have a particular soft spot for anything by James Horner as well.

Watched it for the first time last night and was pleassantly surprised. It took a while to get going but it wasn't what it seemed and I would definitely watch it again.
