It's a little tedious but I found a way to do this without using an app. I exporteded my bookmarks from my pc to an html document then mailed it to my gmail acct from my gmail acct. I opended the document on my phone and it gave me a plain list of links that I selected then bookmarked the page...

I don't have any apps running. I just did a restart and I got a bunch of text messages but after a few it gave me another low memory error and stopped receiving them. I'm just gonna do a full reset actually. And see if that helps.
