Liked the film but I did think it was funny that everyone looked and dressed really rough whilst the girl looked like one of my daughter's mates wrapping up against a bit of a cold day and heading to the shopping centre.

Yes, that's the whole point - the effects in use at the time of the original of course are nothing compared to today's. But why is it a 'snotty remake'? Would you rather they kept the film title, but totally changed the story? What would be the point in that? And if you find it 'perverted'...

Not wanting to be too picky but wasn't it Kevin Klein's white character that breaks down in "the 'hood", only to be rescued by Danny Glovers black mechanic character? I enjoyed Grand Canyon but Crash moved me more.

When I first heard about this getting released, I wasn't sure if it would work or not, considering the disasters we have had in the past, like Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat. :eek: Now despite them having Luke Goss in this film, I have to say that it is 1 of the best game to movie conversions...
