    I'm the same way. Still I think the external hard drive option is excellent for the casual archivist and the die-hard packrat alike. Drag/Drop/Done. Then whether you have 10GB or 1000GB saved - your main hard drive doesn't have to keep up at all. I get pissy when my computer starts moving slower...
