well i watched it in blu-ray last night and thought it was amazing! the full screen wide shots were superb, having the black bars in some scenes didn't bother me.

when i first saw Jurassic Park at the cinema - the scene where the T-Rex climbs out of the pit - i genuinely beleived it was some sort of animatronic! i couldnt beleive it was cgi because it "looked too good" . of course i now relise that i was stupid back then.
