Well I haven't read the book, but equally I didn't find it too long either. In fact, I was enjoying it so much I wouldn't allow myself to dash to the toilet until the credits, and woe betide anyone who'd got in my way! ;)

I'll go for The Final Programme, a kitschy spy-fi based on the book by Michael Moorcock. It's the only film adaption yet, I think, of a Moorcock book, although there's an Elric film in the works.

Just found out that Bernie Mac died early this morning. I found him rather irritating in Transformers, but it's sad to lose a decent actor at only 50 years old.

It's not a unjust rant! I've known people who have downloaded things that aren't what there supposed to be, and they've gotten in serious trouble with the law. And after doing a little bit more research on this site and other forums, I've come to the conclusion that this situation is more common...

I entered this thread to mention The Matrix trilogy. The first was excellent, the second I can forgive because of the focus on action and big chase scenes.. But the third - damn, I fell asleep in the cinema.

Is Hancock a comic book put to movie? I've never heard of it before either way. The trailer looked interesting. let's hope that the only good bits are already ni the trailer.

I have been using Alt Binz as my newsreader for some time now but my problem is that the auto-unrar feature is buggy and almost never works. I can sort of trick it into working again but it will quickly go back to not working. I don't think that there is a fix for they haven't responded to any...
