I agree that it is a good album. I haven't listened to it in a while but Xul used to be my fav track. Maybe I went overboard with the sickeningly slick part because it's only really the vocals that bother me - they just sound horribly overproduced.

I read a review of that somewhere where they said it was just a Kylie Minogue album for people who think they're too cool to listen to Kylie Minogue. I thought that was spot on.

Got this album a few months ago. I think I spent most of the time listening to it sitting there with a bemused look on my face. So 10/10 for having the balls to tackle it.

OMG - I just got *confused* watching this. Admittedly, I was forced to watch it with a 'break' in the middle (about 1 hour in). I think I lost the plot. :D But it was so sloooooow for the first hour anyway. Sorry if I didn't get this one, but the plot was too complex for me.
