    Lump between pointer finger & thumb

    Hi, On my right hand between my pointer finger and thumb is a large lump. At times both of those didgets lock up on me and I cannot bend or use the hand up to several minutes. At times my forearms aches and feels stressed. Is it possilble that I have overworked the arm and this is the cause?
