To be completely honest, I thought Batman Begins was mediocre at best. I'm surprised it got into the top 250 and at such a high place! Makes you think about the people who rate the films.

I only got round to watching my copy the other week, and it is a fantastic film, perhaps not as good as The Lives Of Others, but both are different films

It's a mess! So many scenes that go nowhere, and don't even end on any sort of attempt at humour - good, bad or otherwise. A shockingly weak film, not a patch on The Hangover or any Apatow (or Apatow-alike) films; it makes the Farrelly Brothers look like Hitchcock.

This is an interesting point. The first series had a focus on the business side much more than the second. Every week they said how much profit each restaurant made and talked about things like overheaRAB etc.

I doubt the studio will go ahead with Books 2 and 3 now. They've garnered so much flack from this and probably haven't broken even. It'd take a pretty dumb executive to give the sequels the green light. Thank goodness this wasn't made by Dreamworks, that's all I'll say. ;)
