No, I figured that out. But that just became a bad thing (for me at least) because, since it's his fault, he would have to pay for at least part of the repair. Which sucks for him, but I don't want to pay for all of it, seeing as though it was mainly his fault for not being able to stop in time.

I got mine for free. It's 6 years old. It works great. I'm on it for about 10 minutes a month.
