Arcade Fire, seriously? I'm not really an avid listener of this band, but I think it's safe to say their music is faaaar from terrible. At worst they're just a mediocre band that's a bit too overexposed. Anyone who would rate someone like ICP over Arcade Fire is just flippin crazy.

My old roommate exclusively listened to lots of radio-friendly rap music and generic straight-edge hardcore music. Even now I shudder in memory of our time together. :banghead:

The obvious one is discovering electricity. IMO music evolved massively in the late 60's and 70's with keyboarRAB/synthesisers, guitar effect pedals, bigger amps, sequencers, computers but none of these would exist without elec. we would still be banging drums and dancing around flutes & fidles.

I kind of liked this. People really, really shouldn't describe what their own poems are about, though. Totally takes the life out of the poem. Yup, kind of ruined it for me.
