Slumdog Millionaire definitely, The Reader is worth seeing if only for Kate Winslet but Slumdog is a much better film and in terms of the Oscars is a lock on for nomination (and will most probably win) whereas The Reader... isn't at all.

Haven't heard that one yet, but I own three of their cd's and they're in my top favorites for sure. I have Train of Thought, Six degrees of..., and Metroplis pt 2 (my fav).

Best Horror Movie Ever ? Almost any of the Vincent Price movies - especially Dr Phibes Peter Cushing / morgue / cellar laboratory type film,s are also a welcome relief from the US slasher offerings. I still have a well worn copy of Lust for a Vampire which goes beyong the usual Hammer flick...
