Jerry Hall on The One Show

I can't stand her. As soon as she came on, I switched it off. She is obsessed with her hair. A definite case of "I love me - who do YOU love ?"

Best live performance you've ever seen?

My personal best would be one of two: Phish 12-7-1997 @ Dayton Ohio. or John Mclaughlin during his Remember Shakti tour in 1999ish.

    worried about kidneys!!

when it comes to alcohol,it actually hits the liver much more than the kidneys. the bigger thing,as the above poster mentioned is the dehydration thing occuring simply becasue alcohol acts like a diuretic. keeping yourself hydrated will be the best thing you can do to replenish anything lost...

Has Countdown been nothing since Richard Whiteley died?

Someone will have to explain the " Legendness " of Whiteley. I don't wish to speak ill of the departed, but my hand has been forced. He was a Alan Partridge clone, a mediocre presenter, and a charisma free zone, witnessed by the fact that he never gravitated above a silly afternoon worRAB...

    Love Actually...

I normally love sickly romantic comedies, but this one was a total turnoff. It's just too cringeworthy to actually enjoy. Actually, I find that about most Hugh Grant films - he seems to spend most of the time looking like he's in pain or just making such a complete arse of himself that I can't...

Do you remember "Love, American Style"

One episode of Love American Style also featured an embryonic version of Happy Days - I think Arnold the diner owner was the only cast member carried over to the series itself - if anyone's seen this episode, I'd love to know more !

    Richard Gere's middle name...

I think they were both decent dancers. Swayze's dancing skills are pretty obvious but there are a few I could name that have gone through that route into martial arts. Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Van Damme, Ziyi Zhang

    Bay slams 'Transformers' ad campaign

There are posters but the posters are pretty bland. Everyone knows the Autobot and Decepticon logos but bizarrely they are not used in any posters. The thing is, Bay has come in with the attitude "this is a movie about toys so I won't take it seriously", which is, funnily enough, the same...
