I think rock music being repetitive is a good thing. It's the tribal 4/4 beat that gets into your bones and makes you feel the music. If you get bored in the span of a 2 to 4 minute rock song, hmmm. Oh btw, Nirvana didn't kill rock music ... ac/dc did.
